Even though three weeks have passed since I’ve moved, I wanted to be sure and let your company know just how much I appreciate your outstanding service.
My Crew of Steve, Tony, Cory and Chris (I hope I have all the names right) were exceptional movers. They were friendly and took care to make sure my things were handled as carefully as possible. They had quite a task moving everything down three and half flights of stairs and a long carry to the truck. They were positive and worked steady throughout the entire day. Please make sure that they know just how much I appreciate their efforts. I have had nothing but horrible experiences with movers. All my furniture was damaged beyond use, vans showed up 8 hours late, vans disappeared fir hours, and movers whined and cussed every other word. I have plenty of experience moving, unfortunately for me, and this crew was so outstanding that not one other company or crew even comes in at a close second. This move was especially difficult for me for a number of reasons and with these guys on my side the actual moving of my belongings was a huge non-issue. I have already recommended Burrows to a very referral orientated list of women in the Chicagoland area. This list is very high volume and people are always looking for referrals. So I sent off a note to the list and anytime someone requests a mover, I will refer him or her to Burrows.
Consumers work very hard and their money deserves to go to businesses that work just as hard. Your customer focus is an aim that all businesses, and especially the moving and relocation industry show strive to achieve.
